Do you have a quick question? You can easily ask it via the chat function in our software Qbil-Trade. If your support request is more detailed, we kindly ask you to submit your request via email.
Email Ticketing System
Send your support request to support@qbilsoftware.com. You can attach screenshots if needed for clarification.
When you send an email, a ticket is automatically created in our ticketing system. You will immediately receive a link to your ticket, allowing you to:
- Check the status of your support request
- Respond to questions directly
- Provide additional information
Depending on your request, we may decide to contact you by phone, so please make sure to include your phone number.

For urgent support requests, you can contact one of our support representatives by phone. Please note that we will almost always ask you to send us an email as well. This ensures that your request is properly recorded and allows us to assist you more efficiently.
Our standard phone support is provided in English. Upon request, we can check if a team member is available to assist you in your preferred language. In that case, we will call you back. Our team includes speakers of English, Dutch, German, Spanish, and Turkish.

What size companies use Qbil-Trade?
Our clients typically have around 15 users. The smallest company using our software has just one user, while the largest has about 60 users. Thanks to our fair pricing, even smaller businesses can access our ERP solution. In terms of financials, our clients’ annual turnover ranges from €500,000 to €5 billion.
Do you offer an on-premise version of Qbil-Trade?
No, Qbil-Trade is exclusively available as an online solution.
Do I need to purchase a new version if the software is updated?
No, our software is continuously improved through regular updates. Some of our clients have been using Qbil-Trade for over 15 years without needing to buy a new version or undergo a fresh implementation.
How can I explore Qbil-Trade before purchasing?
We offer two ways to get a clear understanding of our software:

How is payment handled?
Invoices are issued with a standard payment term of 10 days. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Which business processes does Qbil-Trade support?
Qbil-Trade covers the entire trading process, from contract management to invoicing. It supports contract tracking, trading positions (long/short), spot trading, currency hedging, order and logistics planning, brokerage fees, and much more. The system also generates reports and documents to streamline operations.
We also trade finished products. Does Qbil-Trade support this?
Yes, Qbil-Trade supports various weight and packaging units, making it suitable for finished product trading as well.
Can Qbil-Trade handle inventory stored in silos?
Absolutely. We have extensive experience with silo inventory management and understand its unique stock valuation methods. Our software includes features to manage order sequencing, avoid miscalculations, and prevent negative stock balances in silos.
I have very specific business requirements. Can Qbil-Trade accommodate them?
Many of our clients start with this concern, but our software is highly configurable. Through our setup wizard, we determine your needs, and you’ll find that we cover many specific requirements by default. Documents often require extra customization, which we can accommodate.
Can I request custom modifications to Qbil-Trade?
We evaluate custom requests based on their relevance to multiple clients. If a requested feature adds significant value to the software, we consider implementing it. To submit a request, email our sales team with a detailed description of your requirements.
How is configuration and implementation handled?
We start with a personal consultation and a detailed questionnaire to determine your required configurations, settings, data migration, and document preferences. How fast is the onboarding process?
The onboarding timeline depends on factors such as company size, team availability, and engagement level. Enthusiasm and active participation typically speed up the process. We provide full support throughout the implementation.
How soon will my Qbil-Trade environment be ready?
Your Qbil-Trade environment can be set up within two business days.
How do I migrate my inventory, sales, and purchase contracts into Qbil-Trade?
We provide a structured spreadsheet for you to fill in. Once completed, we handle the data upload into the system. Our team is available to assist you during this process.
How do you manage large-scale implementations without on-site consultants?
Our step-by-step onboarding process guides you through all necessary setup decisions. Our Wizard asks essential questions, from preferred currency settings to trading position configurations, ensuring the system is tailored to your business.
How many licenses do I need?
One license equals one concurrent user. For example, if you have 15 users but purchase 10 licenses, only 10 users can be logged in simultaneously.
Modules are linked to the number of licenses purchased. If you select a module, the number of modules must match the number of licenses.
